A professional teeth whitening tray system has a number of advantages:
- Strong level of whitening ingredients not found in pharmacies over the over-the-counter products.
- Better fit – A custom-made whitening tray fits much closer onto your teeth, thus allowing putting an optimal amount of whitening gel. Over-the-counter whitening products can be ill-fitted, which results in less whitening effect and can waste a significant amount of product. In some cases, it may even leak and damage your gum.
- Whitening trays create much less teeth sensitivity when compared to in-office whitening machines. You have better control as you can wear the tray for less time per night, or skip a night should sensitivity arise. Often the sensitivity dissipates much quicker than those from in-office whitening machines.

With clear aligner technology, such as Invisalign, you can straighten your teeth in a discreet way. A series of clear aligner trays are given to patients to wear for 1-2 weeks each. They are removable, and easy to clean.
Besides aesthetics, clear aligners are also much less painful than metal braces.
For the best results, we recommend wearing your clear orthodontic trays at least 22 hours per day, only removing them to eat, drink hot beverages, and to clean your teeth.

Arrive early
To avoid unnecessary stress the day of your appointment, we recommend arriving between 10 to 15 minutes earlier from your appointment. This will allow for a smooth check-in at the reception and will ensure that your appointment starts on time.
