Meet Dr. Tiffany Cheung

Dr. Tiffany S. Y. Cheung is an active member of the British Columbia Dental Association,  Canadian Dental Association, and the Chinese Canadian Dental Society of British Columbia. She is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. 

Dr. Cheung graduated from the University of British Columbia in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science degree in biochemistry. She then pursued her dental study at the University of Manitoba and obtained her Bachelor of Science (Dentistry) and Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degrees in 2011. After graduation, Dr. Cheung decided to come back to Vancouver and has been practicing dentistry in Greater Vancouver/ Fraser Valley since.

Dr. Cheung is a dentist that prides herself on providing high quality care to her patients. She is a certified Invisalign dentist. She often attends continuing education classes to update herself in the latest dental technology and research. She also believes patient education is important in the promotion of oral health and informed treatment-planning with her patients. 

Dr. Cheung is a mother and enjoys spending time with her family. She likes to try cuisines from different cultures.                                                                                                                               


Meet Dr. Benjamin Chang

Born in Taiwan and raised in Richmond, Dr. Benjamin Chang (or Dr. Ben as most kids call him) is a conscientious and detail oriented individual. His journey into dentistry began at the University of British  Columbia, where he completed his Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry. He was actively involved in the local community in student era. Benjamin volunteered with the Richmond Animal Protection Society (now known as Regional Animal Protection Society) and the palliative care unit of Richmond Hospital.

Dr. Chang found his way to Australia, where he completed his Doctor of Dental Medicine at the University of Sydney. Upon graduation, for his literature review on the controversial cancerous nature of oral lichen planus, he was awarded the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons Award for the most outstanding honours project.

Dr. Chang enjoys the interpersonal aspect of dentistry, and he firmly believes in treating each patient as he would his own family member. He is also a strong proponent of lifelong learning. Dr. Chang has completed the rigorous American Academy of Implant Dentistry’s MaxiCourse, and has since been enrolled in its continuum courses. He is a certified Invisalign provider, and has taken continuing education courses in occlusion and temporomandibular joint disorder. He has also taken endodontic courses and is actively involved in local endodontic study club. In an effort to integrate the various disciplines of dentistry in order to provide patient-centered comprehensive care, Dr. Chang has been studying at the renowned
Kois Center in Seattle Washington.

In his spare time, Dr. Chang enjoys playing the violin, photography, and staying healthy by going to gym. Dr. Chang is fluent in English and Mandarin.


Meet Dr. Kam Lee

Dr. Kam Lee graduated from University of Toronto in 1996.  He is capable of speaking English, Cantonese and Mandarin.  Being a father of two, he loves doing family activities.  He also enjoys cooking or anything to do with food.  You may see him at Rogers Arena watching hockey as he is a fan of the Vancouver Canucks. His favourite dental procedure is oral surgery.  He is skillful at wisdom teeth extraction, and can minimize the discomfort during extraction. Now, he is a part time dentist at Oval Dental Centre.  Just like Dr.Cheung, he prides himself in providing high quality dental care for patients.



Meet Peggy

Peggy was trained in Vancouver Community College and has been working as a dental receptionist and certified dental assistant for over 5 years. She is very patient and friendly and is able to speak fluently in English and Mandarin. Her goal is to create a caring and comfortable environment for patients and excellent dental experience in our office. In her spare time, she enjoys going to the gym, playing board game with friends, and traveling with her family.


Meet Winnie

Winnie was born in China and raised in Vancouver. She speaks fluently in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.  She was educated in CDI College for Dental Assistant Program and she has two years of dental receptionist experience. In her spare time, she enjoys going out with friends and staying home to watch movies and dramas.


Meet Crystal

Crystal is born and raised in Vancouver. She joined our team after completing her dental assisting diploma at CDI College. She can speak English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. In her spare time she enjoys shopping, trying out new restaurants, and spending time with her family, friends, and her puppy.


Meet Celia

Celia was born in Hong Kong and raised in Vancouver.  She is working part-time as a dental receptionist at Oval Dental Centre.  She can speak English, Cantonese and Mandarin.  In her free time, she enjoys going to the gym, baking and spending time with friends and family.
